Concierge Dermatology

At Souyoul Dermatology & Aesthetics, concierge dermatology means a more personal, transparent, and physician-led approach to care. As a Direct Pay Practice, Dr. Skylar Souyoul does not participate with insurance companies or government healthcare programs. Instead, patients receive individualized medical and surgical dermatology care with longer in-office visits, clear pricing, and direct access to Dr. Souyoul.

This model allows care to be guided by what the patient needs rather than the limitations of an insurance plan. It is designed to create a more thoughtful experience, with time for meaningful discussion, personalized treatment planning, and clarity at every step.

How Our Direct Pay Practice Works

Souyoul Dermatology & Aesthetics is a Direct Pay Practice, which means no medical insurance is accepted. Patients pay in full at the time of their appointment.

This model allows the practice to provide personalized medical and surgical dermatology care with longer visits, fully transparent pricing, and direct access to Dr. Souyoul. If a procedure is recommended during your visit, such as a skin biopsy or cryotherapy for a skin lesion, those fees will be discussed with you before anything is performed.

You will never receive surprise bills, and a price list is readily available so you know what to expect prior to your visit..

The Direct Pay Practice model helps restore the personal doctor-patient relationship that both physicians and patients value. Every visit is centered on individualized care, thoughtful communication, and treatment planning based on your needs.

Patients benefit from:

  • Longer, more personalized office visits
  • Transparent pricing discussed in advance
  • Direct access to Dr. Souyoul
  • Care provided directly by a board-certified dermatologist
  • No insurance-driven treatment limitations
  • No surprise bills after your visit

At every visit, you will be personally seen and evaluated by Dr. Skylar Souyoul, a board-certified dermatologist. Your concerns will be reviewed, your skin will be evaluated, and an individualized care plan will be discussed with you in detail.

If an in-office procedure is recommended, the process and associated fee will be explained beforehand so you can make an informed decision with complete clarity.

Our goal is to provide dermatologic care that feels personal, responsive, and straightforward from start to finish.
